I am not a total expert, my understanding relates to publishing information before submitting to the appropriate authorities. The intricacies of this escape me as they are not fully printed anywhere. My gut reaction is that it is better to have a members only section as then we can "reasonably" control the information, certainly at this point I am erring on the side of caution. I have responded to your email queries though ;) Hopefully someone will come forward to help us work on the site - do you feel like building a login system and members area?
